Recap
These two teams are no stranger to each other, as they were the most consistent teams from a season ago.
The Eagles started their ace, Kyle Allen. Per normal, Allen did not disappoint pitching six strong innings against the Bandidos.
The Bandidos started their new acqusition James Contrella. Contrella showed off his live arm, with pitches that seemed to be moving every which direction. Even Contrella, didn’t know where they were going.
“I was just throwing and the ball kept moving, I couldn’t control it.”
Contrella worked out a first inning jam to limit the damage to 1 run. The Bandidos battled back to tie the game 1-1.
The second inning is what decided the game, as the Eagles displayed their opportunistic hitting and jumped out to a 6-1 lead.
The Didos added another to get the score to 6-2, but could not gain anymore traction.
John Friend came in to settle the Eagle’s bats, pitching three innings and surrendering two runs (1 earned).
In the end, that second inning was too much for the Didos to overcome.

BallGate: In a hurried frenzy, Manager John Friend gave the umpire the wrong baseballs. And because of that, it sounded as if both teams were hitting rubber balls. Sorry to the Eagles for being a dumbass. Luckily they were hitting the shit out of whatever kind of baseball we were playing with to start the game.
